Friday, night; Saturday

Friday, night.  Got my weight lifting routine set up.  Went well.  Have to figure something out for my legs?  Trying a touch of cinnamon and coconut oil in my morning drink to see if they might help with leveling my sugars.  Will see.  Ozempic helps with my sugar cravings, guess with my weight control.  Now, have to see if I can start losing weight???  Movies and working on some videos, regular stuff.  Until tomorrow, YES, the Mutt is OK.  The bum.  Finished my video for the day, videos provided by Bridget.  The Mutt is a pig.  Haha.  And my 2nd profession is a Doorman.  Ugh.  Sucked it up and bought "She Wore A Yellow Ribbon."  Not on sale but had $3.00 credit.  $7.99 ain't bad, but won't be buying anymore unless I have credits.  This is the only movie I would pay this much for.  Tomorrow.  Slept well.  Got up and did my meal replacement drink, worked on my class attendances.  Naturally, the MUTT!!!  Fed him a little, little later, he wanted outside.  We went outside, mail lady was delivering my next package of my meal replacement stuff.  Put stuff inside and, then, we went outside.  Started cutting grass.  It was hot, but overcast and wind was blowing some.  After cutting a little, I put THE MUTT inside.  Cut about half the yard.  Sun came out and the wind died down.  Anyway, it worked out great.  Came inside, sent out some notices to students who have recorded attendance, yet, online.  Going to do the normal stuff, now, email, news, movies, playing around with the internet and Gemini.  Might look into doing a video.  Have few bible quotes to look at.  Even the bible tells you that God doesn't stop with the bible and scriptures.  We ALL have our own Life Paths.  There are many branches and forks, but we decide, free will, which branch or fork to take and that is our path.  Of course, many outside forces, Satan and other bad people, can influence our decisions.  God only prays that you listen to your heart and soul and the GOoD you have inside you.  Well, have a great rest of the day, great night.  Sleep well, dream well.  Have a great Sunday.  Enjoy His day of rest.  Take care, be safe, God bless.  New shoes, new insoles, and a footrest coming in tomorrow.  The Mutt is waiting, haha.  He just barks at the window if he sees anyone.
